Scholarly journal Innovative Teaching and Learning launched

Zhuhai, Jan 4, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - Aiming to promote teaching and learning in higher education through empirical and review studies as well as teaching practices, Innovative Teaching, and Learning (ITL) has become a scholarly journal since its latest issue Volume 2, Number 1 was released in December 2020.

ITL (ISSN 2709-2917 print; ISSN 2709-2291 online) is published semi-annually in June and December on behalf of Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC) by Global Science Press Ltd. (View the journal online)

Quality education is powered by excellence in teaching and learning. As the first liberal arts college in the Chinese mainland, UIC has always set its top priority on fostering brilliant students by tapping into many innovative teaching concepts and practices. UIC is proud to have produced some share-worthy results in the journal ITL which was founded in 2019.

Professor Zhi Chen, an internationally acclaimed scholar, a researcher in Chinese Studies and Provost of UIC, serves as the Editor-in-Chief of ITL. Dr. Yi-Lung Kuo, an Associate Professor at Beijing Normal University at Zhuhai and an Adjunct Associate Professor at UIC, is the Managing Editor. Advisory Editorial Board members include Professor Jianhua Lin (Peking University), Dr. Xin Lu (China's Ministry of Education), and Professor Tao Tang (President of UIC).

UIC is the first modern college in China that upholds a liberal arts education. It is the first full-scale cooperation in higher education between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong.
