JMARK Gives Employees $1,000 Bonus, Citing Awesome Employees as the Reason

Tax reform certainly helps, but the real reason the Board of Directors at JMARK Business Solutions, Inc., gave a bonus to its employees is that those employees are amazing.

In December of 2017 JMARK Business Solutions revealed to its employees at a company party, that they were giving all 110 employees a $1,000 bonus. CEO Thomas H. Douglas cited “just flat out employee awesomeness” when he announced the bonuses at the company’s end-of-year employee party.

The Springfield, Missouri based I.T. services company noted that while the recently passed federal tax reform bill certainly helps business interests moving forward, the plan for such significant end-of-year bonuses was conceived, and arrangements for the bonuses were made, before Congress ultimately completed and passed the legislation.
